Department introduction

The treatment of breast reconstruction with free flap is at the advanced level in China.Sentinel lymph node biopsy was pioneered in Jilin Province.The rate of breast-conserving surgery is higher than that of other class 3 grade A hospitals.Focusing on the clinical treatment and research of breast cancer, the department took the lead in carrying out intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) for early breast cancer after breast-conserving surgery. Based on the extensive absorption of domestic and foreign experience, a systematic breast cancer diagnosis and treatment protocol has been established. The department carries out precision radiotherapy treatment and clinical experimental research of breast tumors in Peking University Cancer Hospital. In breast cancer on postoperative intensity-modulated radiation therapy and individualized treatment clinical experience is very rich.
