Department introduction

The tumor diagnosis, accurate staging, efficacy evaluation and monitoring have reached the advanced level in China.The imaging department focuses on the diagnosis, staging and efficacy evaluation of tumors, and undertakes CT, MRI and other radiographic diagnostic work of the whole hospital. The department synchronizes the diagnostic technology and concept of Peking University Cancer Hospital, under the leadership of Dr. Jihong Zhao, the director of the department, through long-term clinical practice and systematic research, has established a scientific and standardized tumor imaging examination and diagnosis system, and has formed an excellent professional team integrating medicine, teaching and research.With advanced examination equipment, the department is centreed on common malignant tumors such as gastric cancer, rectal cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer, cervical cancer and esophageal cancer, and has accumulated rich clinical practice experience. To develop high-end check project: coronary artery CT imaging, systemic vascular CT imaging, dual energy CT imaging, pulmonary nodules computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance spectrum analysis, magnetic resonance perfusion scan, MRI cardiac scan, MRI dynamic enhancement projects, such as in cancer diagnosis, accurate staging, curative effect evaluation and monitoring of the domestic advanced level.
